		<description>I wish to personally thank Norman for all the help when Paul Daube passed away unexpectately. He took the time prior to his retirement to set all his records in order. I had no idea what to do....his caring and compassion will long be remembered by my whole family! Enjoy your retirement!!! Again with much appreciation and thanks.
