New Hyde Park – Three Brothers Begin a Dynasty.
In 1935, the Sirlin brothers, Morris, Jack and Louis, founded Lakeville Manufacturing Company. The company begins manufacturing metal cabinets as Long Island is set for explosive growth over the next five decades.

Great Neck – A Second Expansion
The company continues to grow with the rest of Long Island and just three years after its founding has twenty-five employees and produces 50 kitchens daily.

Lindenhurst – Our Current Location
With Long Island at its peak growth, Lakeville builds its current location, employing 130 people and producing over 250 kitchens daily. Lakeville continues to operate as a manufacturer until 1974, when the company changes its business model to designer and distributor of kitchens and baths.

Richard Sirlin is the third generation of the family to reshape the Lakeville vision, redefining the home remodeling experience. After the renovation of their facility, Lakeville is recognized as one of America’s finest Kitchen and Bath showcases. Industry insiders describe the facility as “an 8,000-square foot showroom which, combined with the talents of the industry’s most experienced designers, offers architects, builders, contractors, designers and consumers, delivers an uncompromising experience.”

Floral Park – The Company Expands
In just over a year, Lakeville expands to a new facility to accommodate the demand for their quality cabinets. The company now employs fifteen employees and produces 25 kitchens daily.

Hicksville - The Growth Continues
Now sixty five employees strong, Lakeville grows to be one of the largest manufacturers of kitchen cabinets in the East, delivering over 125 kitchens daily to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
